Var-Vadhu Shagun Yojana
Celebrating every wedding with dignity, support, and hope.
Marriage is a cherished moment, yet many families struggle financially. This initiative ensures no dream of a dignified wedding remains incomplete due to lack of resources. It provides ‘Shagun’ support for sons and daughters from underprivileged families across all religions, castes, and communities.
Who Can Apply?
- Unmarried boys and girls from 1 day old up to 30 years of age
- Registration can be done by parents, guardians, or the individual
- Nominal donation of ₹1000 at registration
What You Receive
- Shagun Guarantee Certificate at the time of registration
- ID Card & Official Donation Receipt
- Financial Shagun support at the time of marriage, increasing with years completed after registration
Example Shagun Support (After Registration)
- 1 Year – ₹11,000
- 5 Years – ₹51,000
- 10 Years – ₹1,31,000
- 21 Years – ₹1,75,000
Conditions for Support
- Marriage must be legal and valid (Bride 18+ years, Groom 21+ years)
- Consent of parents/guardians and community is necessary
- The Foundation does not support illegal or socially disapproved marriages
